- Serve as legal representatives in all business transactions related to the Church.
- Hold legal title to the church property and
- Sign all documents related to the purchase, sale, mortgage or rental of Church property.
- Maintenance of building and grounds
- Sign all checks disbursed on behalf of Morning Star.
