- Establish and maintain records of equipment and facilities
- Administer church-adopted policies and procedures
- Oversee the planning and execution of events and recruits
- Direct and manage administrative staff.

Financial Administrator
- Responsible for the proper receipt, accounting, and disbursement of church funds, payroll and contributions
- Maintain adequate records of all financial transactions and all monies received and disbursed on behalf of Morning Star.
